All required documents must be submitted via online application.

Checklist of required documents:

• Complete Online Driver Application Form
• Accept Application Declaration and Consent Form
• NSW Driver License (Front & Back Copy) – Must have T Condition and held for last 12 months
• NSW Driving Record – This can be obtained from visiting Service NSW Office. Must not be more than 2 weeks old
• National Police History Check – Must not be more than 2 weeks old
• NSW Taxi Council Driver ID (If not, you must attend the driver training at Infinite Cabs)
